The campground was nice. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. The trails weren't really clear, but it was a nice stay. We'll be back.

host campers here are the best. when a severe thunderstorm was due to arrive unexpectedly, they came around and warned all the campers. facilities are kept very clean.

Camp hosts were very friendly and informative. Campsites are well spaced and well maintained (site 21). Restrooms were clean and maintained. We were very surprised at the lack of mosquitos, which was a definite plus sitting out at night.
Went swimming and had a cookout at Quaddick State Park.
Next time we will be taking our kayak.
Overall it was a great stay and campground.

From I-395, take Exit 50. Follow CT Route 200 east to Thompson Center. Turn right onto CT Route 193 south and proceed 2 miles to traffic light. Continue straight over the railroad tracks on Route 12. Take the first right onto Reardon Road. In 0.5 miles turn left onto West Thompson Lake Recreation Road and travel approximately 1,000ft to the campground entrance on the right. Follow up to the Campground Registration Building.
