the most gorgeous rv park we have ever stayed. being on an island meant water views galore. host was fantastic! site 12 easily fit our 37 foot 5th wheel and our truck, although there are also parking spots that were right near our site. would definitely come again even though getting a reservation was difficult.

Love this quiet Army Corp of Engineer RV Park on the Caloosahatchee River in a rural setting not too far from Ft. Myers. It's great for kayaking. Got to see a crocodile and alligator as well as manatees right near our camp site. It's fun to watch the boats go through the lock. Great fishing off the pier. The facilities are clean. The Boathouse and Tiki Bar restaurant, a great place for drinks and food is only 15 minutes down the road. The only things I would like to see changed is the amount of lighting around the campground and doggy bag stations available and less lighting. The lights are glaring and unnecessarily over abundant.
