Hosts Lois and Kevin were absolutely wonderful! The weather was not so great, but the experience was a keeper.

A quiet campground with well defined hiking trails- one goes around the lake. Friendly hosts. I did not use the bathhouse. My only issue- and not a big one- there’s pretty much no cell service.

If you can get one of the few electric sites, they are near the lake and are very nice.
The restroom has only one toilet and one shower Per gender with separate entrances. However there is no not water.

Small quiet campground. Campground host is what made this place so great. Best host we’ve encountered. Thank you.

I loved the fact that it is small, out of the way. Walking path around the lake was perfect for dog walking. Took some short bike rides on forest service roads but a little nervous because of lack of maps, no cell service and hunting season. Would definitely come back. Campground hosts very nice and helpful.

Incredibly secluded, naturally beautiful and peaceful. Water and electric only. NO DUMP STATION. Road into park was terrible... nearly 20 minutes to drive 2 miles.

A great view from sites #1 and #2 and plenty of privacy and space on most of the other sites. Lots of nice hikes, including the Florida Trail. Electric hookup and water worked fine. Has a really nice beach. Very few sites and well landscaped. Single flush toilet and shower are fine.
