This was our first time at thus site and we stayed over the New Year with our 2 fur babies and we all enjoyed our time! The location was beautiful, bathrooms very clean, will definitely try and come back!

A nice campground in Big Cypress. A good base for exploring the surrounding area.

Nice campground. The walk around the lake is approx. one mile. Great cell phone service but no antenna reception. No hookups available in the campground but water fill-up available near host's site. Dump station available at Midway campground about 5 miles east ( no charge) or at Volunteer Check Station about 5 miles west (no charge).

Despite cold weather for our stay, the host and fellow campers were warm and friendly. The bath house was very clean, and the shower was awesome. We appreciate the generous space for each site. As long as we have solar for power, we’ll be back.
