We had a wonderful time and can not wait to return. The bathrooms were always in great shape and you could tell that the staff really takes pride in their work.

We spent 2weeks at Juniper Springs. All the time we were there the dump station was not operational. We were told it would only be a couple of days when we checked in however it was still not working when we left. Thank goodness we near the restroom and showers.

Facilities were extremely clean on my loop and included showers. Campsites were standard, and pretty close together, but included a paved driveway, bench, fire pit, grill, bear box, and a place to hang a lantern. Springs were really nice, but the nature boardwalk over the scenic parts of the springs were closed, same with the canoe rental and run - I believe due to Covid. Only the swimming area was open, so if you are staying for more than a day, you may want to check ahead or pick one of the many other nearby campsites with adjoined springs, since there is not a whole lot to explore here with those features closed. If you're just looking for a place to car camp, then this was your standard fare. They sell bags of firewood at the gate for $8 or $9. Overall very good experience.

Staff was friendly and helpful getting into the park and bathrooms were decently clean or camping. Other than that, the springs and campground were not what we were expecting. Disappointing to say the least.

As always the park was well maintain and the campsites are always cleaned to make your stay comfortable.
My issues are with the new concessioner, they have removed all rental canoes, the store is not opened and their checkout times being moved up to 11am makes it very difficult to pull up camp if you are a tent camper. Lastly they removed from the Tropical Loop the small amount first come, first served sites. This makes it difficult to obtain a site if you wanted to make last minute camping decision.
