One if the prettiest views around. Perfect overnight stay. I would definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area.

The campground was fantastic, large lots and the landscape was very well groomed. Bath house was small, but clean and a good size for the small campground. Each site had a small pavilion and picnic table and cooking outside and watching the boats go by was a plus. The caretakers were super pleasant and always had time to stop by and talk. Will stay here again when we are in the area.

This is a small but gorgeous little park nestled along the inland waterway that provides passage through the locks to the east and west coast of Florida. St Lucie South is located in Stuart which is a beautiful coastal town. Many great restaurants and excellent boating/fishing in this area. Championship golf courses are all nearby. Called this area home for 18 years and love coming back to visit and stay in the park.

Still a great place. Been here before. This time the St Lucie River was closed so there was no wake problems with boats west bound coming out of the locks.

We had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The campground was very nice and loved that it is a small place with just a few sites. The walking path is shaded and clear and makes for a great walk. The view of the water and the boats are beautiful.

In general the staff are failing to fix things in a timely fashion. Broken toilet paper dispenser in the men’s room and a missing pedestal grill on campsite T3. No sense of urgency for these things getting fixed.

The Tent sites are comfortable, nice flat tent pad, concrete pad that picnic table sits on. Partial Shade for most of the day until very late afternoon when the sun get low in the sky. Super quiet and peaceful for that relaxing getaway you deserve. I will be back again soon.
