Winfield

This was a GREAT time at Winfield! Since the lake levels were down this site had a sandy beach that made a fantastic place for the kids and dogs to play in the water.

Always a pleasure at Winfield!

The camp hosts are THE BEST! They are friendly, helpful, and keep this campground as clean as a pin. This campground has become one of our favorites and we will return often, especially if Nanette and her husband continue on as camp hosts. These two, as well as Tonya, who is a volunteer, make the difference. They go above and beyond to make sure their campers are happy and their dedication to their purpose is evident in everything they do.

Gate person very nice and helpful. Site 60 is big enough for our 34' 5th wheel and sort of isolated on a point

Most sites are on the water. Many are shaded differently and would be preferable at different times of the year.

We followed the advice at the guardshack and treated ground contact parts of our TT with home defense and had no ant issues.

I had 60mbps download and 4mbps upload on Verizon at our site for remote work.

Camp hosts were all friendly and accommodating and I would recommend this location to anyone who asked.

Winfield Campgrounds are one of the best around. The camp hosts are great and keep it very clean . The sites are large and not too close together. Although the water was a little low when I camped it was still great !

Winfield is our favorite campground, the sites are large & secluded. The host are great, very helpful & keep it nice & clean. They are the best! They are out doing everything they can to make your stay great!

The sites were a great size and located right on the water. Overall, just a beautiful setting. I liked the fact of minimal bugs when eating outside, too.
