Great park with wonderful people managing it. All the sites were clean, on the edge of the water and plenty of privacy between..
No gray water dump which would be so easily installed, but it’s what you get in a COE park. Other than that, it was a 5 star stay as all before have been.
Forgot to mention a perfect boat ramp and floating dock. The cul-de-sac at the ramp is big enough to turn a 36’ Motorhome towing an 18’ boat around in and launch the boat, but only if there are few or no vehicles left parked there with their boat trailers attached.
We have reservations to stay again this year. We would have more, but they are totally booked out for the season.

Our family has stayed at Winfield several times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The campsites are clean.

Great Weekend at Winfield. The sites were very large and 28 was completely level. This is a plus with a 38' motorhome. We did not use the levelers at all. Very quiet and peaceful. We will return!

Great campgrounds right on the beautiful Lake Strom Thurmond. Sites are plenty big enough for Motorhomes and trailers. Very good boat ramp and dock.
Management and grounds crew are exceptional. If you need something, just ask as they will go out of their way to make your stay a pleasurable one.
If I had one complaint, it would be that very few of the sites have gray water releases. Actually, I’m not sure if any sites did, but ours and the friends next to us, did not have it. That is the only plus that the next door campgrounds has over Winfield. Mistletoe State Park does have gray water pits in may of their sites, otherwise Winfield is the better CG. JMHO

We love this campground. Sites are nice and not "stacked" together like some campgrounds... and the bass fishing was great.
