I loved our site by the lake but at night (10pm+) people were pulling up to the boat ramp to drop people off or just driving by blasting music. There was also a super bright light right over the camp site. It was clean and the people were nice.

Our family has been getting together at Sweetwater CG on Father’s Day for the last 40+ years and it just keeps getting better. My only complaint/suggestion would be to add more sand in the swimming area. Other than that, our stay was fantastic and we will be back again next year if not sooner!

We had a wonderful time camping with a lot of out family at Sweetwater Campground again this year. Our family has been getting together there for almost 40 years.

We had a little rain but, overall, a great time. This site had plenty of space and felt very private in relation to other campsites. The campground is clean, the hosts are great, and we had everything we needed for a nice weekend on the lake.

We camped at site 106 and it was great! We did have a problem on the second day, the 30 amp breaker kept tripping on the post. I went to the guard gate and asked if anyone else had had a problem with it, and they said no one had reported it. But they said a maintenance man would be checking it to see what could be wrong with it. He came and found the breaker was bad and change it out with a new 30 amp breaker. Then all was well.
