Campsite, showers/restrooms, and campground were very clean. The campsite we stayed on is sort of on top of a little hill and is a good enough distance from the other 3-4 tent only sites (accessed by the common parking area) in this little section of the campground to feel like you have your own space. That said, they are close enough to hear each other so if your neighbors are loud it will be noticeable. On Thursday night we were the only occupied site in the section and on Friday night there was one other occupied site and another site that looked like a no show (tags and permit were hanging on the site marker but no one showed). ATTN: There is a common parking area for the tent only sites in this particular section, so BE ADVISED that you will need to carry your gear to and from your car to your site. #49 was about a 50 yd walk with an elevation change of about 30-40 ft up to the site from the parking area. If you have a small/collapsable wagon it would be best to bring it. Enjoy!

Great place. They just need to fix the hot water issue (lack thereof) in the 2nd bathhouse.

Love this campground, sites on the top of hills, ours level with E&W, restrooms with showers nearby. Will keep coming back!

We’ve been RV’ing for four years now; usually state parks and COE campgrounds. Doll Mountain was by far, the nicest place we’ve ever stayed.

Tough hills and winding roads in and out of the campground. Beautiful but trees block views of the water. Just outside of campsite boundaries the ground heads straight down to the lake. You can walk but limited to the roads and no trails.

This the best spot in the park. Has direct water views and access to two little beaches; one sandy and the other with rocks that has a little “pool”.
The trek from the parking to the site is a bit inclined, so not for people that cannot carry a large tent (and everything else) up and down.
