Very little privacy, pretty views, half the staff was not helpful.

The campground winds along the hills and around the lake offering pretty views and a decent hike around. The one way streets are good but also a little inconvenient for getting to the bathhouse (price you have to pay). The winding nature and hills is what leads to this not being a very private campground. You can see directly into your neighbors camp and then your other neighbor can see into yours.

Laundry is up. Went one morning in the middle of my stay to do some laundry at the bathhouse. Came back and some of my stuff (dogs leash, etc) was taken. When I spoke to the staff on duty they were like “well, *i* didn’t take your stuff.” And when I asked if maybe someone thought I had left and cleaned the site they responded “well *I* didn’t clean your site.” After much of them telling that they personally didn’t do anything wrong, they told me they had a cleaning crew whose job it was to clean the sites. Got in touch with them (super sweet girl, was just doing her job) and got my stuff back. NBD. I just didn’t like the attitudes of the camp hosts.

YOU REPRESENT THE CAMP, NOT JUST YOURSELF. Ugh.

Campground host was unfair and not very nice. She made us move a vehicle that was parked in the grass and told us we could only have 3 vehicles on our site. Later she drove by and our neighbors had 4 vehicles and 1 parked in the grass and she didnt stop and make them move any. Also our campsite was dirty with cans, trash and bottles on and around the site. Considering 2 hours between check out and check in time I expected that to be used to clean up these types of things so it was very disappointing.
