From the moment we drove into the park we felt very welcome. Although our stay was short 2 nights and the weather was marginal at best we enjoyed walking around the park and seeing the beautiful waterviews from every site. Great setting we will return.

Very nice place to camp with the family. The sites are on the water, and a lot of them have amazing views. There is a beach for swimming and a peninsula area for fishing. Ice and firewood are available for purchase, but the wood is not protected from the rain FYI. Ours we bought was damp and wouldn’t catch. Overall it was a great place to camp.

REALLY beautiful campground! Neat and clean and gorgeous views of the lake from nearly every site.
Lots of privacy, as sites are not close to one another-- somewhat hilly.

on Georgia Highway 306, turn right on Georgia Highway 53, turn right on Duckett Mill road. Follow Duckett Mill Road into the campground.

Due to COVID-19, camper registration will take place through the gatehouse window. Upon arrival to the campground, please have your ID, license plate number, camping unit’s license plate number, site number, and discount pass (if applicable) ready to give the Park Attendant. Please approach the gatehouse slowly and bring your vehicle close to the window. At no point should you park and walk to the gatehouse window. Do not attempt to enter the gatehouse. |

LENGTH OF STAY for campers is no longer than 14 days during any 30 consecutive day period for any USACE campground on Lake Lanier (Ex. Cannot stay at Bolding Mill Campground 14 days with another reservation immediately following at another USACE operated campground on Lake Lanier). Consecutive reservations under different names that exceed 14 days are not authorized and are subject to eviction and/or the issuance of a citation in accordance with Title 36 CFR 327.7 (b). |
