Excellent campground I like 7 ,9 and 10 as the best sites. Good fishing and great hiking vault toilets were acceptable.

Love this place. What an oasis away from the crazy life we live day to day. God’s creation is good and enjoyable and this place made it easy to get away and enjoy His creation.
The amenities were just what you need. Water and toilets were what we expected.
Make sure you stop on the way in for some firewood though! There’s not a lot in the immediate area so think ahead.
We hiked some of the trails near the campground but they were pretty overgrown. We still enjoyed the hikes but keep that in mind.

The campground is at a beautiful location. We reserved site #25, and were disappointed to find when we got there that it was right next to the vault toilets (which weren't on the map). Literally right behind the site is the camp host site, which has a big string of lights on all night. We were told to turn music down at 9PM on a Friday night, despite quiet hours not starting until 10. We moved to one of the primitive sites the second night, and had a much better experience. There was much to explore during the day.

Visited Feb. 2022. Group site has its own driveway and parking area that can accommodate four SUV-size vehicles comfortably. Sheltered on three sides by hills; hidden from view of neighboring sites except #23 (although privacy may be better in warmer months with more foliage). Two picnic tables, two fire rings, one lantern pole. Vault toilet and trash receptacles in walking distance. Creek runs to campsite, underneath campsite in culvert, exiting along the driveway. Can easily pitch several 4 person tents, or ~2x 8 person tents. All gravel, no tent pads.

My wife my dog Bella and myself were in space number 10. It was a great experience we were away from the RV portion of the campgrounds. Pretty much left to our self. The space itself had plenty of room. You’re able to put up another tarp if you’re worried about it when the rain comes. Space number 10 is also very close to the potable water access point. And directly across the road from the creek.

Great camp site on the creek.
Sound of water all night long was very relaxing. Good trails nearby.
Campsite was clean , water was nearby.

Great place to camp but the community water faucets still don’t work in milky campground. I’m not sure they are going to repair them since they were not working last year when we went either.
