Pretty sites are squeezed in beside the FR with fisherpeople & hunters using the (clean!) pit toilets. Not our scene but if you like your campground abuzz this is the place for you! We ended up finding a primitive spot deeper in the woods.

The experience was just what me and my girls needed. Fishing was excellent and the site was beautiful.

Our overall experience at the Cooper Creek campground was mostly positive. However, when we arrived, there were two men in our campsite, cooking over the fire. They remained in our site, claiming they didn’t know it was reserved. There was no campground host onsite to help us kick them out, so it was an awkward situation that upset my daughter.
There needs to be a better system in place that ensures the online reservations are logged and enforced on site, so that squatters do not cause problems like this for future campers. This could have been an ugly situation, but the two men eventually left, but only after I demanded that they leave. That wasn’t enjoyable.

Well maintained camp ground with pit toilets that seemed to be cleaned every day. It may be helpful to know that what shows up as "Mulky Loop" when reserving a site online is called "Mulky Campground" on the park sign when you arrive. The campsites start with #1 at Mulky Campground and then continue with #12 at Cooper Creek Campground a little ways down the road. Site #6 was not far from the toilets but a little more remote than some of the other sites. The fire pit had a removable grill attached. We found a water spout near the Cooper Creek toilets, but not near the Mulky Campground toilets. There is no cell service. We enjoyed our stay!

We set up camp, tent. Site 20. Everything was peaceful until two young men returned and proceeded to drink and get drunk. They sang until four in the morning and talked loudly. The camp host was no where to be found. He did nothing. Although we did notice that he had a trailer and perhaps could not hear. He did not check the camp sites to enforce the rules.

Campsite was exactly what I was looking for with my father and son camp trip. Trails are great and the creek provided endless entertainment. We will definitely be back.

Excellent campground I like 7 ,9 and 10 as the best sites. Good fishing and great hiking vault toilets were acceptable.
