What Guests Are Saying
Huckleberry Campground is praised for its cleanliness, well-maintained facilities, and friendly camp hosts who take pride in their work. The beautiful setting by the river offers opportunities for relaxation and outdoor activities, making it a favorite for families. However, some guests noted noise from nearby logging trucks and felt that the pricing was high, especially regarding additional fees for electricity.

Beautiful campground. Great access to the river and UTV riding. Camp hosts were extremely friendly and really work hard to keep the campground in great condition. Cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen in a campground.

Always enjoy camping at Huckleberry. Vaulted bathrooms are always clean. Don't expect internet, very weak signal, need to be by the host camp spot. Closets place for ice etc. is either St. Maries or Avery. Depending what you need St Maries is best.We try and stay there twice during summer. You'll need bug repellent.

This one of our go to camp spots in Idaho. We were as happy with this visit as any of our others. The host was exceptional. We will be back.

The sites sit along the river so are great for fishing. The campground is extremely remote if you are interested in going into town. Couer d'Alane is 60-80 miles from the campground.
