What Guests Are Saying
Springy Point campground offers a beautiful, well-maintained location with friendly hosts and clean restrooms. Many guests appreciate the proximity to the lake and the availability of amenities like showers and dishwashing stations. However, some sites are small and can be challenging for larger trailers, and there have been concerns about wasp nests and limited privacy between campsites.

Our site was spacious and we were able to find a secluded spot for our tent, it's just a short walk to the lake. We will absolutely be coming back to this campground next year

Springy Point campground is well located from Sandpoint,Idaho where we had planned to swim the 27th annual Long Bridge Swim. The campsites are well maintained and nestled in the beautiful Cedar trees with fabulous beach access. Our campsite however was not so fabulous! Site number 21 is directly under the large light for the restroom facilities and acted as a high traffic path to the restrooms from all the other campers. We had multiple campers walk through our site, next to our picnic bench and firepit heading to the bathrooms with no regards to our personal space niggt and morning! There was no respect for the posted No Pets sign on the swim beach as well for when we went to admire the sunset there was one dog off leash and two barking dogs on leashes all over the beach!
When it was checkout time we were called by the ranger telling us of our checkout time and told that we must be off the grounds at 2pm sharp for there would be another camper in the site at 2:30. This maybe so but we know that check in time is 3pm.
We will not return to Springy Point because of the rude neighbor campers, sitehosts and Ranger.

Nice campsite near the lake. Sites are a bit narrow and when backing in may delay traffic flow since sites are so close to traffic circle. Lake activity very busy and boats played loud music well past 10pm
