Great, until the last day of our stay! We came back to camp after fishing all day to find our spot occupied by the people who weren't supposed to be there UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY!! WE HAD TO PARK IN THE OVERFLOW PARKING LOT OUR LAST NIGHT! Oh, and it gets better, we asked for a refund from this website, and were DENIED! Too bad I can't give a "no" stars or negative stars review!!

Campground was well kept. There was a playground for kids to enjoy. Restrooms and showers were well kept, always clean. There are several trails you can take and enjoy the view and wild life.

Too bad I cannot give a NO STAR OR NEGATIVE STAR review! We had campsites 38 & 39 reserved for 9/25/21-10/1/21. We went out on the reservoir for 6 hours, and when we returned, a camper was in our site at #39!! They were not supposed to arrive until 10/2/21!! The placard had been changed early, but did have the correct date of their arrival on it. The campers told us that although they were one night early, they assumed it was okay to take the campsite! We were forced to park in the overflow for the last night! There wasn't a camp host present to speak to, so when we got home, we reached out to recreation.gov. They DENIED our request for a refund! We've been coming here to this park to camp 3-4 times EVERY summer since 1994. Add that up @ $20/night!!!!! Very dissappointed! SHAME ON THEM!!

So the dock situation was the same as last year in September....why??? When renting your spot, you should make sure you let us know how difficult it is to launch your boat! It is almost impossible especially for us older folks. Keep the docks usable, they are not courtesy docks as you call them! That reservoir was put in for our recreation!

Beautiful Location very remote. Army Corps of Engineers campground as usual very well thought out using natural materials, beautiful location. This campground is small but has full hookups 30/50 amps, water, sewer. Wild apple trees and wildlife all around and fishing. Nice hiking trails beautiful views of the water. Very nice double launch ramp, fish cleaning station, restrooms. Camping $20 a night everything else free WOW! The road getting there has steep grades and tight turns I made it with a 36ft 5th wheel take it slow it's worth it. Sorry no internet but cell phones do work.

Very quiet and beautiful area. Volunteers take good care of the grounds and rest rooms.
Some work is needed one the roads and sites. Some sites are heaved in spots due to tree roots and new asphalt is needed throughout the park.

Everything from start to finish was way above par. The reservations were simple. The campground was without question the best I've been to. Clean, all conveniences you could ask out of a campground, and very nice people. And the scenery was amazing. Idaho is my new go to for outdoor fun.
