We stayed 10 nights on this site. Maybe not the best site if it's been raining a lot or will be. Looks like it would be pretty muddy. You can see a lot of ruts from campers before. It sits on a curve so its a little hard to back into without going in them. Was quiet for the most part. Of course the traffic picks up on the weekend. You can hear the noise from the interstate that's near by when you are sitting outside. The site is a little unlevel, downhill to the door side of camper, The bike trail here is great. They keep it well maintained. If you like to see deer, this is the campground for that. The host was very nice, we were greeted with a big smile.

The spot, SM 38, is a little uneven side to side making that first step in to the camper a little high. Nothing on the door side if camper for a ways. We had the two sites side by side and it was great!

The Campsite was well maintained, set up great for camping, really enjoyed walks around the loop and seeing all the deer, turkeys and ground hog. I think we even had a visit from a skunk. Great experience.

Awesome campground, clean facilities, friendly hosts/rangers, deer galore in all sizes. Had a full hook up and stayed 13 nights. Close to Mt. Vernon and Marion so you have your choice of restaurants, but local ones in Benton, Sesser and West Frankfort too!!!!
