Beautiful location, clean restrooms and free showers. Checkout time made it great for not feeling rushed to leave before we were ready.

Sure was level and close to water. The playground can use some updating. Not conducive for littles.

The site was nice. However, the playground is not any thing to brag about. Their are two swings.. okay, but no way for a smaller child to get up let alone them have a smaller slide to come down. The tire swing is nice for bigger kids. I’ve camped all over and seen some nice and very nice playgrounds. Over the years the spillway has become a loop that families come too and it would be nice the the same amenities were offered to this loop. Also this weekend we camp the trash bin was overflowing with bags and then around the bottom.

Convenient place to camp as an overnight during a road trip. Facilities were very well maintained. Looks like a good place to fish if you are interested in staying for more than a pass through.

Nice campground, nice town. Three reasons I only gave 3 starts. 1. The campsite I reserved was not as it was described online. It was supposed to be 60', but my 50' truck and trailer didn't fit. I had to rent a difference site and ended up paying twice. 2. The new site wasn't clean. The fire pit was littered with leftover fast food containers. 3. There were no garbage cans anywhere. There was a small one in the bathroom, but otherwise... none.
