We stayed Tuesday through Friday at the Mound Valley campsite. We put our boat on the water and enjoyed the next few days camping and boating. The campsite was nice, clean and peaceful. Every late afternoon, the lake came alive with more people having fun skiing, tubing and swimming. Great place to enjoy life!

Great fun for the whole family!! Swimming, boating & fishing this place has it all!! Beautiful wooded campsites complete with picnic table and horseshoe firepit!!🔥 Had a great weekend with family and friends!! Can't wait to do it again!!

Loved our trip! The camping spots are very private it feels like you have more privacy than you actually do. It was wonderful

It would be nice if the camp site were re-asphalted and made at least half the width bigger so when you are camped and walk out your camper door you are not stepping on the edge of the existing asphalt with the campers having slide outs you can not get over to one side this causes issues with twisted ankles and injuries

We appreciated the camp host; Tony was friendly and helpful. The sites were laid out invitingly and well-maintained. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake and bicycling on the roads. Thanks for a fun and comfy camping experience!

From Cherryvale, Kansas, take U.S. Highway 169 and turn east onto Main Street. Continue through the town and turn right onto Olive Street. Go 1/2 a block and turn left onto County Route 5000. Proceed 4.5 miles to Big Hill Lake and follow signs to Mound Valley.
