This campground loop (B) is great. Almost level, with w/e/s hookups, close to the pavilion, it's one of our favorite places to camp.

We enjoy the full hook ups. We always come to the Outlet to do our end of the season winterizing. We also love the walking trails near the water and around the river! Just remember to bring your fire pit if you want a fire, you usually do in October.

This is a GREAT place to visit...
A lot of room to relax and enjoy the park.
While there is NO sewer hookup at the site, the dump station is clean and accessible.
(No problem for a 3 / 4 night stay)
Water and electric are available at all sites... Need to verify, but I think 30 & 50amp available at all sites.
Hesitated doing a review, because I want to be able to go back. :)

We did a same-day arrival reservation for one of the open RV spots in C-loop Outlet Park. These spots are pretty highly sought after because they are mostly shaded outlet park fishing pond spots that are double width large lots with water, sewer, and 20/30/50-amp electric connections. The only real downsides to these spots are the longer drive through the outlet park to get to them, and their openness to the wind that typically plagues outdoor activities in Kansas. On-air TV in the C-Loop is all but non-existent unless you can aim east to Kansas City stations, as there is a large hill to the north that blocks connectivity. Cell service is adequate, but we've had experiences here where phone connectivity is poor quality and hotspot data streaming is challenged. It depends somewhat on who your carrier is. Walking to fish is possible from any spot in C-loop, and bicycling on roads and paths is a popular past-time because the terrain is flat. There are also hiking trails through the woods and around the fishing pond available, as well as a big-toy available for the kids near B-loop. The three loops in outlet park each have a nice shower house that includes limited laundry capability, but it may be a sizeable walk from some of the campsites. I highly recommend Outlet Park for your camping adventure.

NO HOT WATER IN SHOWER HOUSES!!!
Other than that, our stay was pleasant enough. The pads are getting old and weren't super level, so that's good to know. Do be careful when picking your spot. The pull-through spots are multi-stay spots (3-4 campers) and it would be very easy to get stuck between strangers with no where to park your truck and/or no way to leave when on your schedule if the spot in front of you is taken. They don't feel worth the trouble unless you are arriving as a group with multiple campers.
Did I mention we tried 4 different shower houses at various times throughout the day over 5 days and NONE OF THEM HAVE HOT WATER? To that effect, none of them had lukewarm water. I expected more from a COE campground.
