Melvern outlet is the perfect setting for RV camping. All sites in the B and C campgrounds have full hookups with nice views of fields, woods and the outlet lake. Fishing, biking, walking or running the trails, swimming or chilling at the lakeside beach, visiting nearby historic towns are some of the activities this campground offers. The environment is friendly and welcoming.

Melvern Lake Outlet Park C-Loop spots are the best you can expect when camping, which is why they are consistently full. Double-wide, shaded spots near the water with full hook-ups including 50-amp service, water, and sewer can't be beat. Lots of bicycle or hiking paths, access to fishing, and there's a whole big lake above the dam for fishing and boating with a marina. Bathrooms in B and C Loops also have laundry machines available.

We tent camped at the outlet area with our daughter's family for the weekend. Grandpa took the 3 grandkids bait fishing in the afternoon and the two older kids caught perch, but the younger one didn't have any luck. So Grandpa said he would get the first try at catfish that night. He did! Fred the Fisherman (Grandpa) helped hold the pole as his 8-year-old grandson reeled in a 19 lb. 1 oz. channel. His older brother and dad netted the fish. Grandpa was so proud he had tears in his eyes. After pictures, they released the fish so someone else could catch it.

Stayed in loop B. Good amount of shade, but several trees have died and need removed. Lot was level. Utilities provided all work as expected.
