My main issue is when all spots are reserved and then many no shows, there needs to be penalty or charge for the days they don’t show. Otherwise I would give a 4-5 star rating.

It was great as usual (except I was sick). It’s sad to see how low the water has gotten (no fault of the parks). It makes boating challenging. One of the best places to eat in Kansas is in nearby Sylvan Grove, Fly Boy Brewery & Pub is excellent. Also Made from Scratch in Wilson is good.

Stayed overnight in pull through site 3 which was not in the section on the lake but had good views. Site was fine for an overnight stay but would select a different one for a longer visit. Very nice park with walking trails around the lake.
