What Guests Are Saying
Minooka Park is a beautiful and clean campground with spacious sites and stunning views of the lake, making it a favored destination for families. Visitors appreciate the relaxing atmosphere, amenities like playgrounds, and the friendliness of the staff. However, some concerns were raised about the need for more electric camping spots, maintenance of facilities, and issues with no-show reservations.

The park is beautiful with excellent camping sites and the facilities are top notch and well maintained. More information is needed at the entrance regarding multi-day passes for out-of-state visitors. We learned there is a kiosk at the visitor's center available for late arriving campers to purchase the needed passes. We will return to Mueller SP, and I highly recommend you visit it too.

Terrific park that was very clean and quiet. Site A8 was a pull through site gently sloped toward the lake but was very manageable. The site is long and wide for easy access. Park Host was friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Few amenities nearby but most basic things can be found in Russell KS, about 20 miles away.

Very poorly maintained. Trash all over. Glass and cigarette butts filled the fire pit making it unusable. The walk in sites were being occupied by people using them more than 2 weeks. People blaring music even after quiet hours. Saw a boat drive around once in the whole week I was there. Bathrooms.s were nasty.
