Tent camping at primitive site T-9 was very good. Nice shade and
convenient pullout for the car. Close to shower house and quieter
than the RV area.

Sylvan Park is a highly recommended campground known for its cleanliness, spacious sites, and ample shade from trees. Campers appreciate the friendly hosts, well-maintained restrooms, and hot showers. While some amenities may be dated and the campground lacks a water view, the peaceful atmosphere and well-kept facilities make it a favorite among visitors.

My favorite of the Wilson Lake campgrounds. Most sites are level and there are lots of trees. Hardly any wind while I was there. Older campground and some of the asphalt is in need of repair.

We enjoyed our stay at Sylvan Park. We stayed in our motorhome with full hookups in this COE campground, which is clean, quiet & well maintained. The camp host is very friendly. The restrooms are clean & the hot showers are welcoming. Highly recommend!

A beautiful area surrounding the campground. The attendant was very friendly and helpful. Our site was level. It filled up quickly so it must be popular. We were just passing through on a trip from TN to the Grand Tetons. My only suggestion would be to have more than two showers but I can understand the reasoning with the size of the campground.

Camp host was very friendly and took time to greet us. Our site was perfectly level which made setup a bit easier. Mature trees throughout so nicely shaded spots. It was a quieter campground a bit off the beaten path, which was ideal for us. We will definitely return when we're in the area again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sylvan Park. Lots of mature shade trees. Very level, mostly pull through sites. A nice shower house. A nice playground that looked fairly new. We were in 03. . it's one of the smaller ones. It has 15 & 30 but not 50 amp. The water on this location had nice pressure too. More grass than gravel which was a nice change. We had a fire pit and concrete picnic table. Over all the entire place was clean and well kept. Lots of trash receptacles and a close dump station. T-mobile had 5G which is rare. Cricket (ATT) was a little weaker.
I would gladly stay there again.
We went to Rock City Park about an hour away, near Minneapolis, Ks. Pretty cool and interesting location. I recommend. We also went by The Garden of Eden in Lucas, Ks. We didn't go in cause of our dog and the crazy heat, 108f. Gotta go back for a better look sometime.
Over all an enjoyable weekend.
