We have stayed here many times over the years. It is still our favorite camp ground on this lake. It is so well maintained and the shade from the trees is great.

This was our first time at Sylvan Park. We loved the large, drive through sites. Even though there had been rain, there wasn’t a lot of mud. Only downside was the showers. They were clean, but there is no ventilation in them, therefore they were extremely hot!! Not enough space to keep your clothes off the wet floor when getting dressed.

From Interstate 70, north of Wilson, Kansas, take exit 206 and turn north onto Highway 232. Continue for 8 miles, then turn right onto Highway 181 and follow signs to the campground.
The campground is accessible from Interstate 70 via exit 206, then north on Highway 232 for approximately 8 miles before turning onto Highway 181.
Elevation: 447 feet
