Over all it was a good trip. The only complaint is the showers. Their showers SUCK. It's either FREEZING COLD OR SCALDING HOT no in-between Other than that and not being able to find someone to check in it was a good trip

I want to start and say, it is beautiful and kept clean . We chose 117 because it says online it has sewer along with 3 other spots. Not true, being a senior I didn’t bring my gray water tank thinking there was sewer connection. Day 2 we had a tick infestation in our camper( our fault for not checking after stream walk). But the water was shut off, no warning, and was to be indefinitely off. Bath house was closed. We had to leave Thursday morning ( paid till Friday) with no water. When we talked to the check in girl, she was no help, and was basically like oh well…. I read reviews before I book, and I was hoping this would have gone better. To anyone wanting to go this year, ticks are super bad.

As always, wonderful stay here. Quiet, serene, great trails and scenery. One of the best COE campgrounds in the entire country. Most COE campgrounds, and we stay at many throughout the country are top notch but this one is in the top 1%.
Well Done Kendall. We come here often, recommend it to everyone we know and this visit included many sites reserved for family and friends.

There was no host at the campground, went several times to check in and get plastic garbage bags, no one was in the host building.

We always enjoy being at Kendall but the lack of supervision in the campground was quite noticeable this time. Several golf cart type buggies ran around and not connected to a disability. They seemed unchecked and went way too fast!
