Sites are large and spacious. Roads and facilities are in very good condition and maintained.
The Hatchery visitor center is outstanding!
We love our furry friends but some some campers allowing their dogs to bark excessively needs addressed.

Had a great time, caught fish, weather was great love fall camping, Kendall is one of the few that is still open during the fall. This is one of my favorite places to come to. All ready made some reservations for next year.

Campground is well used. We were there on a Saturday night in a 31' 5th wheel. The site was level with plenty of room. Sites were closer than a lot of Army Corps we have been in. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We did not use the bathhouse but from the outside it looked clean.
We would not want to be much bigger, the roads were good but windy and narrow.

Camp host were very friendly. We had 6 campsites total with our group and all we’re terrific place was clean bathrooms clean etc.

Lots of things to do and see. Deer, ducks, fish, are the wildlife you'll see. The bluffs of the river are wonderful overlooking the campground. You can hike around the fishery's stream and fish if you'd like. 76 falls is just down the road also. As for the campground, the spaces are apart and the annex is great along the river. The annex bathrooms have always been clean. One of our favorite places to camp. The kids will love the playground and the splash playground (in season) down by Capt. Jacks. Get some ice cream while you're there. A trip to Albany at Hunter's BBQ was just icing on the cake.

That campsite was very large and very flat! It is in a beautiful setting in the woods and very near Hatchery Creek and the Cumberland River.
