Easy check in, good price, central to attractions and camp store, good amount of space between camp sites.

Very pleasant little campground (I was in the A loop). Campstore is very convenient. In walking distance to the visitor center, so you can leave your car behind in the shade.

Quiet, nice, and clean. Be sure to bring coins for the showers if you'd like to take one.

The park is very well kept. I wish the campground had better showers, though. I paid $1.50 for 4 minutes of ice cold water. Brrrrr!

The attitude of the rangers at the cave was arrogant and as if they forgot that they are paid by and work for the taxpayers. Campsites were not well kept. $1.25 for the shower was a waste of money. Won’t go back. There are other natural wonders and caves in the US to see.

The campground was quiet and beautiful! The restroom facilities were nice and the camp store had a great selection of essentials. Will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & visit to mammoth cave. The campground was very clean. We loved seeing deer walk right by us one evening. The cave was a once in a lifetime experience. We’ve already talked about coming back and staying longer next time!
