About Twin Knobs Campground

Nestled on the shores of Cave Run Lake, this camp is part of the larger Twin Knobs Recreation Area. There are more than 200 sites spread out over 10 loops under a dense forest of mixed conifer and deciduous trees. The recreation area includes two reservable group picnic areas. Group camping is also available.

HORRIBLE camp host. Extremely rude, unhelpful, and very mean to my elderly father About how his truck was parked. He was also charged to drive in the campground even after I had paid for the stay. Never coming back.

Love going to twin knobs. My family loves the time we spend there, the beach was so much fun. We rented a pontoon down the street and it was less then 5 minutes away. Get clean Campground, get your own bathroom/shower room. Big spots and lots of privacy. It's our go to place.

Trees overhang the road which strikes the roof of our rv. Pole on site J14 located too close to rv so we couldn’t use our awning. Camper in site across from ours had flood lights set up and kept on all night. So bright it looked like a construction site. Complained multiple times and nothing was done. No shower curtains so everything gets wet when taking a shower (floor, clothes, towels, etc).
