About Twin Knobs Campground

Nestled on the shores of Cave Run Lake, this camp is part of the larger Twin Knobs Recreation Area. There are more than 200 sites spread out over 10 loops under a dense forest of mixed conifer and deciduous trees. The recreation area includes two reservable group picnic areas. Group camping is also available.

For some reason my reservation was modified and an additional day was added, not by me but on site host!!! I was charged an extra $188.!!! Also kids tried to steal our hammocks off our site! I want a refund

Camp ground was great, however, camp store should have been open if the camp ground is open. Trails are in need of attention. Several locations are blocked with large trees and trail markers are poor.

I really enjoy camping at Twin Knobs it’s great for riding your bike, walking and hiking the trails there and of course boating. The host are very friendly and accommodating and they do their best keeping everything clean.
