The website stated the our camper would fit. After arriving it DID NOT FIT. So we had to scramble to find another campground to stay at. The website also contradicts itself. It says vehicle length 25 feet, then said trailer length 35 feet max. The site was 25 feet. Our camper is 30 feet and there was no way we could make it fit. If you have a large rig make sure to avoid this campground.

love the campground. very quiet and peaceful. Caretakers were extremely helpful and friendly. Great suggestions on things to see and do. little hard to find with no signage visible that you are heading into the campground especially in the dark. Road is tight but workable. Dump station was a bit awkward but worked out once you figured out where it was. Good size campsites. loved being able to see the lake from the campsite and walk right up to it. Would definitely stay at the campground again

My husband and I love camping at Waitsboro. Everyone is nice and the shower house and restrooms are always super clean. It is a good place to sit and relax and enjoy family time.

Everything was good except NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER OR SINK! That wasn't stated anywhere on the campsite or the Website.

Absolutely lovely! Site 6 was great, right on the water, plenty of room for our tents and set up. Shady and peaceful in the evenings watching the boats go by. The volunteers were absolutely great and friendly.
