No showers, no sinks, and not even lighting inside the restrooms (so remember to bring headlamps). The campsites themselves seemed well-maintained and clean. Besides the lack of amenities, it's a decent camping spot for visiting Picture Rocks.

The sites are clean and not too close to each other. The rest rooms are always spotless. Can’t tell you how much that is appreciated.

This campground is conveniently located to many of our favorite places in the U.P. The sites are very clean and offer privacy from neighboring sites.

My site was excellent and very easy to access. I could park my small camper where it could get some shade. It was close to where I wanted to visit while in the area and could get back to it easily in the dark after my sunset cruise.

Great location, and easy access to town. Got some great wood for sale right in Au Train. The beach just north of us on the big lake was really spectacular. We will definitely be booking another trip to this campground.

AuTrain Lake Campground is located in Alger County, about 10 miles southwest of Munising. From AuTrain, travel south on Forest Service Road H03 for about 4 miles, then go a mile east on Forest Road 2276, and then another mile north on Forest Service Road 2596 to the campground.
