We came for a night of tent camping on the way to Maryland from Minnesota and arrived in time to enjoy an evening at the campground. The hosts were wonderful and the bathroom were well kept and clean. I would recommend building showers - it’s likely to increase usage and increase ratings

We loved our time at Monuments campground! Our camp hosts were very nice and kept the campground very clean. We camped the second week of July and the vaulted toilets were by far the cleanest ones I've ever used! They came by and cleaned them every morning and were very kind and friendly. Our stay at Monuments opened up our 8 year olds eyes to the joys of hiking and love for our national parks. We can't wait to visit again soon!

Campground was very clean. The hosts, Cathy and Pat were wonderful-very friendly and helpful. Pretty wooded sites. Site 12 was next to the Lumberman’s Monument Visitor Center property (although quite a distance from the parking lot and buildings) and trail to the Visitor Center so there was a little less privacy. The sites also have posts to hang your garbage high off the ground and a grate to cook on over the fire pit that flips off and out of the way. Both very thoughtful features. Would highly recommend this campground.

Nice campground, sites are spread out and separate from each other. Sites are flat with paved parking spots and paved road. Right next to Lumbermans Monument so easy access to activities.

Best campground hosts I have ever experienced! The hosts made a point of checking in with me on the day I arrived and made sure I knew what activities and towns were near the campground. They also kept the bathrooms and sites clean and very well maintained. The sites are much larger than they look online and being able to walk over to the Lumberman's Monument for sunset was a wonderful surprise. Great campground with tons to do nearby.
