Absolutely one of our favorite campgrounds. Love that we can launch our kayaks right from our campsite to enjoy the lake. Immaculate restrooms and large, roomy sites with lots of privacy. Just a 5 minute drive to the beach along Lake Michigan to watch gorgeous sunsets! This place is a real gem!

Great site with a view overlooking the lake. Great for watching sunsets. Nice and clean. Big fire rig. Lots of space for our conversion van.

Really nice campground on the lake. Most of the sites on the island have lake views but the other loop is more private and has beautiful trees.
We were surprised to find a snack shop that was open in the evenings. There was a canoe, kayak rental at the boat ramp. The picnic area was a nice hike from the campground.
There was a fresh water fill at the entrance by the dump station and spigots throughout the campground.
The only issue was the one way dump station when everyone is lined up it blocks the road to enter or leave the campground.
Close enough to drive to Mackinac Island for a day trip.
