What Guests Are Saying
Whiteface Reservoir is a beautiful and well-maintained campground with friendly, dedicated staff, particularly Teri, who ensures a welcoming atmosphere for campers. Visitors appreciate the clean facilities, great fishing, and peaceful surroundings, making it a favored spot for families. However, some have noted the lack of a dump station and occasional issues with camp hosts, which could be improved for a more seamless experience.

The group camp at Whiteface was fantastic. We loved the private water access. The park staff were also very helpful. Our family had a great time.

Whiteface Reservoir Campground is truly a gem. You can sense the pride that staff has in caring for both the grounds and the campers through their consistent attention to detail and the caring way they accommodate everyone’s needs to make each person’s experience the best it can be. Teri, campground manager, is very dedicated to making sure everyone who passes through enjoys top notch accommodations including well maintained campsites, consistently clean restrooms, rules and safety measures are enforced and all personal needs met in a caring and timely manor. We truly admire Teri’s unfailing dedication to make everyone who visits feel like they are important and genuinely matter. Thank you for making our stays at Whiteface Reservoir amazing!

I've had nothing but a great experience every time. The campground is clean and quiet. Campground manager is always there when you need them. This is despite the staffing shortages most employers are facing these days. We will be back again.

This was a great place to camp. It was a bummer that the fishing pier was gone, but we still had fun and the location was beautiful.

Generally it was quite nice. Love the spacing of the sites. Bathrooms were also good. Suggested improvements there needs to be a dumpstation, the power seemed to have lots of fluctuations in voltage not good for newer campers. Water at each site would be good. The store did not seem to keep the hours posted.
