The park is very nice. The sights are spread out so you do not have close neighbors.

We love this location. We’ve been coming here for almost 30 years. Clean and spacious sites. Close to everything and yet you feel your in the woods. Very hard to navigate the website/reservations. Keep checking the website -sites as they keep becoming available.

Great park - bathrooms clean - need to re-tile showers in men’s and women’s - pretty bad and probably hard to clean - moldy sometimes - grass and area really bad near office building ... first thing you see when entering park and should look nice - Weeds and overgrown - could be so much nicer - my husband got poison ivy again when they were trimming ... so much better than it was but keep cutting it down so it goes away - could be dangerous for kids if they run or walk thru it as we see sometimes, if they’re allergic too - otherwise, doing a great job in park ... thank you !!

Rented kayaks frolm Crow River Kayaks. They were terrific, giving advice both about the type of vessel to rent (turns out we wanted kayaks not stand up paddleboards) and where to paddle (river levels were very low so we went on the lakes). They offered delivery and pick up service as well. Give it a try!

Staying there for two nights. Coming from out of state so didn't have much time to plan ahead. Luck out that we got the last spot. The first night we were in a site right next to the busy road. It was a bit noisy. I think it was okay if people stay in their RVs. We were tenting so it was loud. Facilities was awesome. fishing dock is handicap accessible which is pretty nice. Super clean bathroom with wonderful hot shower!! We walked around to see if there are other site that was a bit quieter. There was but we couldn't request any change on the spot which is understandable. Staff were very helpful with getting firewood. Decide to book another site and that was pretty awesome. The second night we were right next to the lake. It was super quiet and nicely spaced out. Thank you for maintaining this place really well.
