Beautiful, quiet campground with large private sites. Campground hosts provide an excellent experience. They care for their campground and their guests. The washrooms are spotless and the campsites are cleaned before each guest checks in.
This is the 3rd time we stayed and will continue to return from Canada each summer.

Hosts, Jerel and Sue at host campsite 1, were so friendly and accommodating. They took the time to answer all of our questions about the area. It is a beautiful campsite with many trees surrounding your campsite. The restrooms were very clean. It is very close to downtown Ely.
The swimming beach area at the campground was very nice. They have canoe rental for $20.00 a day which can bring you into the Boundary Waters.
The campground is kept up very well from sites, grounds and bathrooms.
The owner, Tanner, of the Voyager North Canoe Outfitters in downtown Ely was very helpful and friendly. He assisted us with our fishing questions.
Blueberry Festival was a fun experience.
If you love mosquitos, Ely camping is a must. Seriously, bring your best repellent.

Love this campground. We really enjoy kayaking along Mile Island and near the beach. Campsites are fairly private, which we LOVE! Always enjoy the chipmunks, Franklins, red squirrels and birds that come to our campsite/feeder.

Excellent campground. We were in Site 3, a little too close to the dumpster. Have previously stayed in other spots, that were better; however, Site 3 is close to the bathrooms/shower. Much to do in Ely.

This is a beautiful campground. Having no water at the site was a worthwhile chore because of the wonderful site we had. Convenient to Ely, Fall Lake also has excellent cell coverage.
