This campground is excellent. Everyone seemed to do their part as to keeping it clean. There was garbage laying around that I noticed. I think that since this is such a popular campground that the garbage bins should be emptied more often. I know some garbage bags had to be left on top of bins, and it wasn’t even after a weekend...not safe for any bear issues. Very clean bathrooms.

Nice campground! I was there in the fall so majority of the campground was empty but the site was perfect sized for our large tent. It had a short downhill walk that led straight to the lake,it was perfect for canoeing right off the campsite! Nice and pretty close to restaurants or amenities to nearby lodges if you needed it as well as hiking trails.
