Our tent campsite was next to the train tracks and the highway. Also we were behind another campsite and we felt bad walking through the other site to ours. It was mostly full sun too. We did walk over to the big beautiful shelter to make our meals.

Really love these ACoE camgrounds. All sites are spacious. This one is super quiet, allows campfires & has many sites along the Mississippi River.

The campground water is horribly contaminated with iron. It smells awful and tastes like blood.

The campground is wonderful and the people in the office are, too. We had a MAN in the women’s bathroom three times using toilets and the shower. That was awful! The way things are these days I don’t know what you can do about it.

The neighbors kept making my dogs bark with there dogs. And then they complained about mine. There dogs caused mine to bark. My dogs are puppies and will bark.
