Enjoyed our stay at Blue Bluff as it’s a beautiful campground. The only negative is that the restrooms and showers need updating plus some additional attention to cleanliness. My wife noted that one of the ladies showers had too much pressure and could not be adjusted to a comfortable setting.

Gravel is much needed at the site. When it rains the area fills with water and is infested with mosquitoes. There is an old railroad trail located by the site. Children ride along this trail on bicycles which have small to medium size trees along the path. A child lost control of his bicycle and ran into my truck leaving a small dent and scratching my truck.

A beautiful spot with plenty to do. Everything was very clean. Every interaction I had with staff and other campers was pleasant. Its worth the time to check it out and if you do decide to stay then you HAVE to stand on the middle of the bridge at night. We will be back.

The woman in the guard house needs to go. I think the Corp should require a psychological evaluation before they hire anyone, she obviously has problems and shouldn’t in charge of anything, not even the bathrooms. The shoemakers are great and they will absolutely treat you with respect and are fair. The other woman, shewww, we had a problems with her refusing to give a pass to my 75 yo father in law because she said they were speeding with 2 other vehicles in front of them. The other problem was one of the rangers the short dumpy red headed one. I had an American flag put up on a tree, using a screw that was already in the tree, I just added one more. You would’ve thought it was an act of treason by the rude threatening voicemail I received. Totally uncalled for! I understand I was in the wrong now but at the time I didn’t see the harm in a 1/2 screw ! It could’ve been handled in a more professional manor rather than the likes of a kindergarten temper tantrums. Blue bluff is probably our favorite camping place but your staff will ruin the place and judging by all the negative feedback recently it’s already happening. With the fees going up this fall honestly how man people would be willing to pay $26-$28 per night to be harassed by your staff. And another thing during the holidays the rangers no the redhead RANGER needs to take a chill pill,if the other guy rangers ride through and say absolutely nothing maybe because they understand it’s busy and parking is very limited, and the very next day Wonder Woman comes in on a warpath kicking, screaming and threatening kids on hoverboards . When the campground is packed there isn’t enough parking spots for everyone all the spot by the gate house, the main gate and the 4 designated parking spots on the big loop were all full what’s the real problem with parking beside a camper with 3 tires off the concrete pad?

Female host at the gate and the 2 riding around campground are quiet possibly 3 of the rudest women I’ve ever met. The way they act, I thought they were paying me to stay there not the other way around. Not the best recipe for return customers, especially when there are other campgrounds just as close and in better locations.

After dealing with the rude host that works the front gate this was our last trip to Blue Bluff. This is one of our favorite places to camp, but I refuse to spend money then be talked to so hateful and rude. There is no reason for someone to be so mean. This is a safe, family friendly place to camp with pets and children. I've never seen anyone causing trouble. She is just so nasty to everyone, for this reason we won't be back. It's embarrassing to have family visit a space that I paid money for and they get talked to like crap.

We love this campground but there is one female host that is absolutely the worst person to talk to. She is so rude and hateful to everyone. A few more experiences with her and we will find somewhere else to go.
