What Guests Are Saying
Blue Bluff Campground offers a beautiful, clean, and well-maintained environment with friendly staff and a peaceful atmosphere, making it a favorite among visitors. Many enjoy the waterfront sites, hot showers, and the chance to connect with fellow campers. A few concerns include the need for more sewage connections and better lighting in certain areas, but overall, guests express a strong desire to return.

Campground was clean and spacious. Our original spot was flooded and the park assistant would not allow us to switch spots. We had to leave the park (to get cell phone signal) and reserve another spot. Was charged twice. Had to call the person in charge to get reimbursed. The campground is small and very muddy! Clean facilities and great views of the water. Probably will not return to this site.

Beautiful campground. Gatehouse people are rude...the best part of the place are the volunteers, Kathy and Valerie are simply amazing. Their hospitality and genuine kindness are the only reason I will return to buebluff.

The campground really needs work on the drainage and holes filled in. My husband who is 73 fell down in a hole coming from the bathhouse.

My family and I were excited to camp at Blue Bluff for the first time. We were looking forward to a relaxing enjoyable weekend away with friends. The campground itself is nice and the bath houses were clean. However, the park host were VERY VERY rude. Not just once but in multiple situations. We had family members coming to visit for the day on Saturday. As soon as they pulled into our site they let us know how rude the park host was. This was after they had been rude to my husband upon checking in on Thursday and rude again on Friday morning. Blue Bluff has a lot to offer and potential to be one of the best places we have camped. However, when campers don’t feel welcome it’s hard to want to go back. If the host are so unhappy with their job maybe they should consider another career/hobby. We are still undecided if we will visit again.

The man and woman who are in charge of the check in booth are extremely rude. We were in a group of people who reserved 8 sites. Every single person had a negative experience with them as well as our visitors. The park hosts were nice and accommodating. Strongly considering not returning, as this was our first visit to Blue Bluff Campground.
