Piney Grove Campground is beautiful. The campground has water most everywhere you look. The campground is clean, and the host are truly very kind and helpful. Also the trees are beautiful in the fall. Great place for families.

Hosts were friendly and helpful. Lakefront sites were peaceful and a bit more secluded. Ours had a small beach area. Short hiking trail worked for our dogs.
Packing suggestion: bring hand soap for bathrooms as it is not provided.

We were very pleased with the campsite. Everyone very nice. The bath house is in lots of need of repair, both men and women’s.

Most sites have slight to moderate inclines. Cell phone signal is very poor or non-existent. Bath house was okay, but I have seen better. Lots of bugs and spider webs around the bath house. Otherwise, the park is fairly clean, and the view of the river is great. Yes, we would recommend this park, and will visit again when in that area. We will choose a different site for our 38ft motorhome to decrease the amount of incline on the front.
