Campground is cramped. Not a lot of space for a camper, tow vehicle or other items in the campsite. This campground is not boater friendly.

Pretty nice campground. It's a bit of a hike to the water from where we were (site 35), but we also had more shade and less noise than those closer to the beach. Overall we'd stay here again.

Our favorite campground this summer. We were the only ones there, which was nice, and the view was incredible. Loved the sunset and sunrise over the water. Surprisingly not a lot of bugs for being near the water. Beautifully maintained and clean. The lady who takes care of the site is so kind and cares for everything so well. We accidentally broke the glass lid to some cookware at our site (sorry!) and she was so kind and patient, helping us get it all cleaned up. One thing to note: we had 3 people staying in 2 small tents this trip. The site advised us to book a site per tent, and I’m glad we did. The tent sites are very small. Other, campgrounds we could get away with one, because the tents were small, but not this one. Not a flaw, just keep in mind when booking.

We spent an unbelievably bad night here in July. Neighboring campers threw a party complete with loud music, shouting, lighting fireworks (forbidden in the campground), running 4-wheelers, and fighting between the hours of 2:00 and 6:00 a.m. No one could sleep and other campers were scared to confront them, assuming they were armed. The campground host was nowhere to be seen. I wish we had called 911. The campground itself is utilitarian with room enough for a tent next to the access road. The water access area was crowded, but okay. It was nice to be able to reserve a site, but we will not be returning to this campground.
