The perfect cabin to come back to after a long day of hiking. Great access from the highway and well appointed with little things from others over the years. Would come back over and over!

zips is great! two bedroom, nice kitchen and even a microwave and toaster oven. really enjoyed the ski in and out.

It was awesome. We keep getting sloppy weather on our visits. The power went out in the middle of the night but we were thankful for the propane furnace.

Cabin was clean and cozy. The best part of our visit was that we were above the valley fog, in the crisp sunshine and fluffy snow. Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing around the cabin were refreshing activities and with the long evenings, we played some fierce board games. Had to break through the ice to get the stream water. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Awesome cabin. We've stayed many times. Oven didn't work and bed covers need to be replaced.

Great cabin with electricity! Stove works great once you get the pilot light lit again. (Who ever stayed before us turned heat off)
Fully stocked kitchen! (we had to do the pile of nasty dirty dished left in the sink by the last renters).
Lots of games and puzzles to occupy the time!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It is very clean and well taken care of. It has a nice, quiet and private spot off a good dirt road. Very convenient location for sightseeing.

From Hungry Horse, travel east on U.S. Highway 2 for 48 miles, to mile marker 191. Travel south on Geifer Greek/Lodgepole Lane (a gravel road that veers left initially). Follow the signs to the cabin.
During the winter months or when the road conditions are impassable, renters must park at the designated parking area and hike, snowmobile, ski or snowshoe about a mile to the cabin. Please respect the adjacent property owners and do not block the driveway.
