Host/hostess always visible-hard workers. I'm a widow and they checked on me both days.
Second day had to listen to large group run generator non/stop all day until 10pm, plus load music.

It always clean and quiet. It’s the peace and quiet that my dog and I long for when the town we live in blows up fireworks legally from July 1-4. It’s my place of respite! Besides our regular deer, squirrels, and birds, this year we saw a wild turkey! 😊

Such a great campground! Spacious and lots of room between campsites. It’s close to the creek no matter what site you have. The campground hosts , Rhonda and John are the best!

Remote Montana, near Buffalo, was a great place to spend a few days of dry camping. Nich big sites, good pit toliets. You will be in the forest but it is not dense enough to shield you from neighbors. Great hike to the Basin lake.

Policies & Rules
General
- Standard Single Family sites: Recreation Use Fee allows ONE camping unit ONLY.
- Extra Vehicles: Cannot be paid for in advance - upon arrival coordinate with the host for payment and where to park.
- campers are not considered a "no-show" until 24 hours after arrival date check in time. Our policy is that your site will not be released before that.
- FIRST COME FIRST SERVE sites must be booked in person. DO NOT call to determine availability, as they are only available on-site.
- Bears frequent the area; please obey all food storage rules and regulations. Check with your host for details.
- Don't Move Firewood: Prevent the spread of tree-killing pests by obtaining firewood near your destination and burning it on-site. For more information visit dontmovefirewood.org. Firewood bundles can be purchased from the camground host.
