Well maintained campground, friendly host. Interstate road noise is minimal. Disappointed the river is actually about 500 feet straight down from the campground. Otherwise, a beautiful park.

Great campground! Stayed there only one night but it was beautiful. It is close to the interstate but isn’t a big deal and didn’t feel that it was. The access from the rest stop (closed for renovations) is easy to navigate thanks to the good signage. Overall great experience

Very adequate campground just off the freeway, some trucks slowing with Jake brakes at night, but that is expected. Only a couple of trains went through but in campground Loop A, the trains were still relatively far away - across the freeway + more.

We really liked this campground. It smelled wonderful from the ponderosa pine and there was great shade and moderate privacy around sites. The potable water came out fast and cold which was great and the camp hosts were visible and present! Also, we forgot something to cook and only had to drive 10 minutes on i-90 to superior which was great. The noise was not as bad as some reviewers said - there was a train coming in the morning and you could hear driving from i-90 but it was overall white noise and didn’t disrupt sleep.

This is a great campground for travelers. There is easy access from I90. Although it is close to the highway, we hardly noticed it. There is a lot of information posted about hikes and sights in the area. Next time we plan to stay a couple day and explore more.

Literally right off a freeway so if you're a deep sleeper, this place is for you!
Folks were rolling into camp until 1:30am keeping thier lights on... not ideal but that's not necessarily related to the management of the campground.
Steep, short trail down to the river but worth it.
To my surprise there were no mosquitoes!! A welcomed break from the swarms...(7/2/2021)
