Once again, we had a wonderful stay at Swan Guard Station. Nothing like a "Spring Break" trip that includes waking up to 2 fresh inches of snow! Our only complaint was that the front door lock was extremely difficult to get open and at times locked members of our group outside even when it was unlocked. This could be a dangerous situation on a cold night if a guest didn't have someone inside the house to open it up for them. It was a good reminder to all of us that keeping your car keys on you when going out of the cabin wasn't a bad idea.

Convenient location for Nordic skiing. Adequate heat (it was very cold when we were there), adequate kitchen equipment, good fridge and very nice stove, mattresses were adequately comfortable and not broken down, living room furniture was adequate.
