The camp hosts were very helpful even though it was a super busy week right before the 4th of July. A hike up to Bond Falls was great, and enjoyed kayaking.

We love Swan Lake campground. Nice big spots, helpful hosts, very relaxing. We did leave one day early this trip since I got sick but we will be back inn a couple of weeks.

This campground was well-kept and the bathrooms were really clean. The lawns were nice and green and there were trees to give privacy between some campsites.
The only small drawback is that the campground is across the highway from the lake and beach areas, so it's separated. It was nice to get a free parking pass if we wanted to drive over and park (since we had all of our food, kayaks and swim gear packed in the vehicle).
I would definitely stay here again, if I'm headed that direction.

While the camping in 2019 at Swan Lake was very enjoyable; the camp spots, restrooms and public areas between spot were clean the reservation process for family outings is getting to be extremely problematic as the rolling availability of sites seems to allow reserving certain sites beyond the reservation schedule. With that in mind we will continue to reserve spots as we can, but being as we are local feel somewhat discriminated against due to advantages certain travelers have.

We arrived late in the evening. Our campsite was easy to find, had our name to ensure it was not taken by anyone else. Everything was easy to locate and navigate.

The camp hosts are useless and rude, but the Lake is absolutely gorgeous.
