Family of 7 had the best time, campground host was so friendly and helpful, even the Rangers that came around stopped for a chat, special for my grandchildren. One nice restroom but others need upgrades, in our area, but both were clean, understanding that our National Parks have the continuing problem for needed maintenance funding. From the Many Glacier Campground with small children hike to Fishercap lake, red rocks waterfalls and take the meadow hike to the hotel, a must see site. The water and sewer, etc. upgrades they did last year really show, excellent job and worth the wait.

Incredible campground with so many trails to hike without moving your rig! Clean bathrooms and sites were in great shape. Only complaint is paying for a shower and having to go so far to get it.

This is a very nice campground. The park hosts were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and near several trail heads. And the scenery can’t be beaten! The campground is situated in the mountains and waking up to this is the best! I hated to leave!

We drove in through misty rain and couldn't see much of the mountains. Imagine our delight when we woke up to one of the most stunning vistas I've ever seen! The campground was very nice. Bathrooms were clean and there were several spouts with potable water, though it tasted bad. We appreciated the board outside of the Swiftcurrent Motor Lodge, which had weather information, recommended hikes, and other notices posted. We went on one of the guided ranger hikes, which was very fun and informative.

Excellent location! Despite the site's small footprint, I love the campsite and it's proximity to the water spigots, the motor lodge (for affordable showers and laundry (especially to dry clothes on a rainy weekend), cheap yummy meals at a restaurant that is open until 10pm, and snacks/beer/camp gear) and of course access to awesome trails. My only bone to pick was that the closest restroom was in a dismal condition. Fortunately, I can confirm one other restroom in the campground was in a wayyy better condition so I was willing to walk a bit further for that one.

Very quiet and extremely beautiful setting! Bathrooms were nearby and very clean. We were there before the season really started so some tree limbs were a little low for our RV, but not a problem. We hiked, saw two grizzlies up on a hill at least half a mile away (glad for the distance!), saw a deer standing by a hiking sign like she was posing for us, and the falls were spectacular! We are both 67 years old and the hike to the falls was 2.8 miles each way, and it was absolutely do-able for us. I only add this because we are always looking for reviews for seniors who are in good shape but hesitant about unknown hikes due to elevation change, bouldering, etc. This area has great trails!

Absolutely incredible campground with amazing access. Had everything I needed within a short walk, people were quiet and there was plenty of views. Would do site R110 or any site I saw there again in a heartbeat.

Many Glacier Campground is accessible via Glacier National Park roads, which connect to US Highway 2 approximately 25 miles to the south. US Highway 2 is the nearest major road providing access to the campground.

Policies & Rules
General
- Make Sure You Book the Correct Campsite! You are responsible for reading the site alerts and booking a site that will accommodate your equipment. Most campsites and driveways are very small and will not accommodate towed units over 21 feet (6.4 m). A limited number of sites can accommodate towed units 26 to 30 feet (8 to 9 m). Many campsites will not accommodate camper 'slide-outs'. If you must use slide-outs, please make a reservation at St. Mary Campground, located 22 miles (35 km) from Many Glacier and 1/2 mile (.8 km) along the Going-to-the-Sun Road.
- Entrance Fees. The park entrance fee is $35 per vehicle and $20 for hiker or bicyclist. The entrance fee is valid for seven days (and may be purchased upon arrival or in advance). The park honors Interagency annual and lifetime passes.
- Food Storage and Wildlife. Grizzly and black bears frequent the area. Food storage regulations are strictly enforced. When not in immediate use, all food, beverages, coolers, cooking and eating utensils, toiletries, pet food, or other attractants must be kept in a closed, hard-sided vehicle or secured in bear resistant lockers located throughout the campground.
- Rules and Regulations. It is the camper's responsibility to be aware of all Glacier National Park Campground Rules and Regulations
- Maximum Stay. Camping is limited to 14 days between July 1 and Labor Day, and 30 days between Labor Day and June 30.
- No Hookups. There are no electric, water or sewer hookups at individual campsites. Shared water spigots are located throughout the campground. One dump station is conveniently located at the entrance to the campground.
- Generator free sites are # 48 - 59, 71, and # 86- 102. Other sites allow generator use only during the hours of , , and .
- No Phone or Cell Connectivity. There is no public phone or cell phone coverage in or near Many Glacier Campground. The closest phone service is 12 miles (19 km) east in the town of Babb, MT.
- Maximum Number of Tents. Campsites allow a maximum of 2 tents per site.
- Hammocks. Hammocks must be hung over non vegetated areas using one inch straps or wider. Vegetation may not be trampled to access hammocks.
- Renting an RV or trailer? Per 36 CFR 5.3, commercial business may not take place inside Glacier National Park. This includes RVs and trailers being delivered within Glacier's boundaries. Renters of these must drive them in themselves.
