I was there in late September, just before closing for the season (govt shutdown pending). It is a reasonable site at the east end of the park, very close to the visitor center. It is mostly flat with nice views of the Northern Rocky Mountains and within walking distance to the outflow of St Mary's lake. If you haven't been to Glacier National Park, there are limited options for overnight camping with the other primary option at the west end of the park. So you take what you can at this beautiful park.

Site C118. Amazing to have the senior discount and stay here in Glacier for a week for $90. There is not much of a view from this site - especially compared to C108 - but it's good size and quiet and has wild berries in the summer. Plenty big enough for our 24 ft trailer and pickup truck, with some room to spare. Mostly level. Shortcut path to the Visitor Center/shuttles from the campground - be sure to look for it.
Federal campground, no hookups. Several water spigots around the loop to fill up jugs. Single lane, single dump station on the way out.

Site C108. When booking, we saw in photos the bathroom right down from this spot and thought it might not be that good. HOWEVER, the view from this spot is OUTSTANDING, and the bathroom and traffic was non issue.
The sites are the semi-circles, so it makes it a bit difficult to park - depending on your rig size and who's in the adjoining spots.
With the guy behind us in a truck and trailer in C106, we were not able to pull forward into the spot. But since a van was in the next spot, we were able to back in to C108. It was long enough for our 24 ft travel trailer and Chevy pickup. Loved the view!
There is a shortcut path to the Visitor Center and shuttles from this campground - so look for that.

Perfect spot to visit the whole park. Most spots are Full Sun. Ranger led program is awesome, my kids loved it and we learned a lot.

Good location for animal sightings, knowledgeable, and friendly ranges, along with an easy entrance to the park. Sites were adequate for camping with restrooms for the most part being close by and clean.
